What we’ve built with pest control teams.

These projects show how teams use their data for customer reporting, financial reconciliation, and staffing decisions.

01Frontline Pest Control
Data warehouse & team ownership

A foundation the team is already extending.

We built a warehouse for Frontline’s operating data and organized historical service and accounting records into usable tables.

A roadmap helped the team follow the work. We documented what the data fields meant so people and tools could interpret the records.

The warehouse was designed to hold the business logic, giving Frontline flexibility in its choice of reporting tools.

Frontline administers the code repository, and its team is already adding sources and building shared models. Reporting and analytics are starting to take shape on that foundation.

“This little roadmap is very helpful… It’s nice to see it mapped out and to just follow it.”

02Romex
Data foundation, reporting & analytics

Answering the questions that come up between reports.

At Romex, we worked with the internal team on the warehouse and shared models behind a fully built reporting and analytics environment. Those models define how business metrics are calculated.

The reporting includes a daily email covering retention and customer service. The same models also help answer questions that don’t need a permanent dashboard.

One request was to find customers who had been with the company for three years and had appointments scheduled that month. The team used AI with the shared models to answer requests like this, adding business context where needed.

Romex’s team continues to add sources and models in a code repository the company administers.

“You’re fast-tracking us… I value how expensive and time-consuming that normally is for companies to build.”

03Alta Pest Control
AR reporting, reconciliation & workforce modeling

Working through the numbers behind finance and staffing.

For Finance, we built an AR dashboard and investigated differences between its balances and those in the service platform. We examined the underlying transactions to understand how each balance was calculated.

For customer service, we built a staffing model on top of Alta’s existing call-volume forecast. That analysis helped Alta’s leadership and workforce team evaluate a move to one shared customer-service queue.

“We decided to build everything into that one single customer service queue, and we’ve immediately seen a payoff from that.”
